Objectives

• Math 7
  This week, the students will match equivalent forms of rational numbers (whole numbers, percents, fractions, and decimals). Different forms of rational numbers are generated and the strategies used to generate equivalent positive rational numbers will be discussed. Various strategies to compare and order integers and positive rational numbers will be investigated.



• Math 7
  This week, the students will use manipulatives and number lines to investigate the operations, addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division for integers. The students will plot integers and positive rational numbers in the coordinate plane.
